This was created for the punk contest being held by *Crafty-Goodness.
I'm not really a punk person, but I thought it'd be fun to create a punk rose. This is my own design using french flower beading technique. I used all 11/0 czech seed beads. The main beads are black with white stripes, the borders are a dark red, the wire is black colored 28 gauge craft wire, and I used a porcelain skull bead as the center. I also put little black swarovski crystals at the point of each of the 5 biggest petals. The crystals look really neat, especially from the side. This is also the first rose I've made with thorns on it, and believe me, they're sharp thorns.
